Did you know that the average American consumes over 2500 calories during the five hours of Super Bowl? That’s second only to how much we eat on Thanksgiving!

We’ll eat a billion chicken wings, over 11 million pounds of potatoes, 8 million pounds of tortilla chips, nearly 4 millions pounds of popcorn and 3 million pounds of nuts.   The good news is you do have delicious healthy alternatives to make your Super Bowl party healthy and fun!
