This week we discussed my top four tips for managing your stress!
Part of the way I manage my stress is getting up a little earlier in the morning to take a few moments to actively envision my day and how I would like it to go. If our lives are defined by what we give our attention to, doesn’t is make sense that it’s our intention is where we must begin.
If you don’t put yourself at the center of your life- to create rather than react to your life, how can we ever expect to manage our stress, finances, health or anything else.
