The absolute BEST part of working at Pilates 1901 is our clients!

We are truly blessed with an amazing group of wonderful people who support the studio and one another.

I can’t think of a better example of this type of person than Peggy Peterson. A client and friend for over 10 years, Peggy followed Lisa and I to 1901 and changed the community forever. To know Peggy is to love Peggy.

Last week, Lisa and I took a trip to Seattle to visit Peggy who has recently re-located there to be with her daughter and grandchildren. While she’s made an absolutely fabulous decision, it’s not without some transition. We missed her ,she missed us, so we hopped on a plane and headed north. Little did we know we were going to have the time of our lives! The space needle! The Chihouly Gardens The Pike Place Market and Ferry to Bremerton! All better because we were together! And it helped us all realize that the world really isn’t that big- that we really we stay connected across the miles by simply expand our community!

Peggy Peterson is our Pilates 1901 Member of the Month- despite the fact that she’s no longer lives here. Peggy is our Pilates 1901 Member of the Month because she made a huge difference in our lives. From supporting fellow PFF’ers, to stocking the instructors kitchen, to taking our recycling home with her every week…Peggy loves life and lives it lovingly.

Here’s a video of our visit. If home is where the heart is, Peggy has made each of us more at home. We love you Peggy!

The really great news is Peggy will be in town this weekend for our Target Training Workshop and Paleo Potluck on Saturday! Mark your calendars to come experience 4 incredible workouts followed by a wonderful opportunity to meet more friends at the Paleo potluck immediately following.

I just finished out my 10 sessions with the Groupon. As a working mom, I appreciate the opportunity to work out over the lunch hour as well as the classes that are available on Sat/Sun. I was a little nervous the first day of class (since I took a little hiatus after my baby was born) but everyone was so incredibly welcoming and helpful. I recently signed a 6 mos contract and look forward to using it.

First, let me say I have just fallen in love with Pilates. As a former runner/weight lifter for exercise type individual, I never thought I would find happiness with something such as Pilates. I think you have a really wonderful studio, I can’t say enough about the instructors, they are fabulous and seem to truly care about my success.

She has been great at explaining things and maximizing our time together. We plan on buying a package after our Groupon is up to take more reformer classes.
