We’ll begin with gentle somatic movement and breath practices to soften tension, reconnect you with your body, and bring you into the present moment. Then you’ll settle in to rest while soothing sound vibrations (crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments) wash over you, inviting deep relaxation and energetic reset.
No experience is necessary—just come as you are. This is a welcoming space for all bodies and all levels.

Experience the powerful combination of conscious breathwork and therapeutic sound to calm your mind, balance your nervous system, and restore inner harmony.

We’ll begin with guided breathwork to ground and open the body, followed by a soothing sound bath using crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle frequencies that promote deep relaxation, energetic release, and emotional reset.
