Here’s the Orientation Day presentation I made at this weekend’s workshop.

If you missed the event, it’s especially important for you to watch this and do the following:

  1. Get Real.  Schedule your baseline assessment with Tina or Lisa ASAP.  Knowing where you are beginning is the first step towards achieving your dreams.
  2. Read your T School Journal.  Please put your name on the inside cover, complete the pledge and clarity quizzes and begin planning your first weeks goals.  Keep this purse size journal with you as you traverse your day.  Remember WHY you are doing T School in the first place.
  3. Email your team coach.  You will need to  give her your T shirt size.  Also ask for the name and contact information of your accountability partner; this is your T School partner and life line for the next 9 weeks.
  4. Get Online.  If you are not already a friend of Tina’s on FB, please send her a friend request so she can add you to our Private T School FB community.  Also take a moment to peruse our T School Resources and brand new Members Only private access page.  Use the password AWESOME to access this page.  Inside you will find  your Free Do Anytime, Do Anywhere Workout videos and T Cast educational podcasts with Dr Johnson and Tina.
  5. Detox.  Read your 21 Day Sugar Detox book and choose your level of participation.   Clean out your pantry and cupboards of processed and sugar laden foods.  Go to the grocery and replenish your kitchen with all the healthy foods listed on your YES food list in the 21 Day Sugar Detox book.
