My Fitness Pal

myftinessopallogoMillions of people have lost weight using MyFitnessPal, the world’s largest nutritional database & easiest calorie counter, and the best thing, it’s completely free.

Although there are many nutritional and fitness trackers out there, this is the hands down favorite of our Coaches.  The ease of use, breadth of data base and interaction with other apps like FITBIT make it an essential fat loss accountability tool.

The FITBIT

fitbit-logo-The FITBIT will help you stay accountable to stay focused.

There’s nothing as motivating as tracking your progress as you increase your strength, endurance and daily practice.  That’s why we’re recommending you invest in a fitness tracking device of some kind.

We recommend FITBIT as it is user friendly and easy to get. There are several models but all have the capacity to track your exercise via your laptop, tablet or i phone!

FITBIT also has the capacity to work in conjuction with many other helpful apps including our favorite online food journal, my fitness pal.

By using these two apps you can get a detailed picture of your nutrition and fitness habits which will dramatically increase your ability to lose fat and transform your body.

Map my Walk

map my walkMap my Walk is a great FREE fitness app that helps you track your steps and keep track of your routes and timed progress.  It uploads to your phone so it’s super simple to use.There is also a Map my Run if that’s the way you roll, but don’t hesitate to get either of these apps and use them.

If you sign up via FB, you can also see where your friends are walking and how fast. This might be another great way to keep you and an accountability partner on track!
