We will be going over all of this in detail at your T School Orientation on Saturday, January 23rd at 12 pm, but we wanted new folks to have an idea in advance how to get started.

1. Get the Hook Up.

That’s why we’ve provided you with small group and private coaching opportunities, educational workshops and unprecedented accountability via regular assessments. email and progress updates. You will be amazed what you can do when you promise others that you will do it!

In T School we’re big on giving you every advantage to help you succeed, including harnessing the power of technology.  Our commitment to you doesn’t stop at our doors- we’re here for you online via our private members site, Facebook page and online resources.  Do the following to get the hook up NOW.

a. Go to www.pilates1901fitapp.com  and sign up for your private Pilates 1901 Fit App Account.  This is where your monthly assessment data is stored for your eyes only.  Watch your body change each assessment by comparing body composition, girth measurements, BMI and pictures to track your progress.  If it’s not measured, it’s not real.

b. Go to www.pilates1901.com/resources to access resources for each triad of our program.

Then, ask for your password to access our private T School members site at  www.pilates1901.com/members. Here you will find our 10 part “Do anywhere, Do anytime” video series,  educational podcast series with Dr Johnson and weekly blog posts to keep your eyes on the prize– Your success!

3.  Get CLEAN

a. For the first 21 days of your T School experience, we’re asking that you eliminate all sugar, alcohol and processed foods.  The purpose of this CLEAN 21 day detox is to focus on eating real foods to nourish the body, bust cravings, create new habits and develop an awareness of what your body needs.

For just 21 days we are eliminating foods with added sugar, limiting foods that are converted to sugar in the body, or contribute to craving more sugar. The overabundance of simple carbohydrates and added sugar in foods available on the market only contributes to our carb addictions and sugar cravings. The addiction to these unhealthy carbs and sweeteners contributes to the inflammation that takes place throughout the body, causing a myriad of health problems.

We’re replacing those toxins with good quality carbs, fats and proteins! We’re not just detoxing and eliminating cravings, we’re repairing and building new bodies

Remember, what is measurable is manageable.  That’s why we track your progress monthly with our assessment updates.

Research shows that people get up to 50% better results when they keep a daily record of their food and exercise intake. We recommend two methods for you to track your progress:  signing up for myfitnesspal.com online or, using our amazing T School journal.

The T School journal may be purchased for $20 and contains your CLEAN 21 day detox, T school overview, step by step instructions for getting started and 9 weeks of daily updates, tips and motivation.  Designed for you to have a progress record of each part of your program, our T School journal  will help you track your journey from start to finish, including goal setting, goal tending and celebration!
