Dani Clark has been passionate about movement both professionally and personally as a dancer, yogi, and fitness enthusiast for the past 8 years. Her love of the field centers around how movement shapes your mind, body, and spirit by creating strength, confidence, flexibility, and a sounder, more empowered self.
Dani has a BA in Nutrition Science from Syracuse University. She furthered her career by gaining a Grand Diploma in Culinary Arts & Food Science from The French Culinary Institute in New York City. Her fitness career began after she suffered a dance-related injury that motivated her to practice Pilates. Noticing the healing powers of pilates, she knew she needed to become certified and help others! She became Pilates Method Alliance certified in 2012.
In 2013, she received her RYT - 200 hr Vinyasa teacher training certificate. In 2014, she enhanced her professional career by becoming a fully certified STOTT PILATES® instructor, TRX instructor, and Total Barre instructor.
