Julia smithHi, my name is Julia Smith. I’m a middle-aged Mom, working out 3 times per week, playing competitive tennis and I thought I was healthy. I belonged to a CSA, bought organic foods, exercised hard.  I knew I was over weight by about 30 lbs. but I couldn’t budge the pudge.  I gave up. I thought it wasn’t possible to lose weight in America surrounded by processed food and entering menopause. 

Then I walked into Pilates 1901 and signed up for T School. After the 21 Day Jumpstart, weight started falling off of me like never before. And after 12 weeks in the program following the Paleo Princess model I lost 15 lbs. and 25 inches (I’ll dbl check #s). What I didn’t realize was that the dairy in my coffee and ice cream, the gluten in the pizza crusts and pasta, sugar in the wine and processed foods passed my lips when I popped a cookie from the kid’s stash. I could eat sautéed kale all day long but it wasn’t ever going to make me skinny as long as I ate processed foods, dairy and sugar. 
 
I’m back as a coach and to lose another 10 lbs and inches this session!  I am co-leader of TEAM PINK!
