WHO SAYS SIZE DOESN’T MATTER?

We’re all guilty of it- letting those 3 little numbers on the scale dicate how we feel about our day and our bodies! Sometimes we start an exercise program but get discouraged when the weight isn’t falling off as quickly as we want.

Before we go judging ourselves, we need to ask ourselves a couple of questions: Is it because we’ve neglected our food journal? Are we eating enough food? When are we eating it?

One member who loves our program said it best, “If there’s one thing I’ve learned from Bootcamp, there’s no working off a bad diet.”

If that’s the case with you, you know it. If, on the other hand, you’ve been mindful of your choices, getting real with your food journal, listening to your coach and coming to classes, it might mean that you aren’t losing weight as much as losing inches!

You could be taking off body fat, increasing your lean body mass and still never see the scale move.
