Private Training Pilates Sessions

Private training sessions provide more flexibility because you and your trainer work with your schedule. Your first session includes a postural analysis and a conversation about your needs and goals. During the sessions, your trainer will introduce you to the 5 Basic Pilates principles on the breath patterns and body positioning. Each session is tailored to address your goals and the results of your postural analysis.
