T School has Evolved so you can too!

You’ve heard about T School from your friends and family. You’ve been amazed by their results and intrigued by the stories they’ve shared about our community. You may have even tried to register yourself only to find out that T School had already “started.”

As our program has grown and evolved, so has our clientele. As we address the skills necessary to build a healthy vibrant body, mind and spirit, we’ve realized the very lessons we were teaching demanded more consistency from our program. To best serve our current clients and reach others who wanted to join us, we needed to take T School to the next level and offer it as an ongoing service at Pilates 1901.

We did it! So can you!

I just finished out my 10 sessions with the Groupon. As a working mom, I appreciate the opportunity to work out over the lunch hour as well as the classes that are available on Sat/Sun. I was a little nervous the first day of class (since I took a little hiatus after my baby was born) but everyone was so incredibly welcoming and helpful. I recently signed a 6 mos contract and look forward to using it.

First, let me say I have just fallen in love with Pilates. As a former runner/weight lifter for exercise type individual, I never thought I would find happiness with something such as Pilates.
