Emily Osborn lives by the motto “The past doesn’t define you; the present does.”

Emily has spent much of her adult life trying out different types of exercise. After running a marathon, doing CrossFit and taking trapeze lessons, she decided to try out Pilates…and instantly fell in love (move over, boys!).

Now she is a book editor by day and a STOTT Pilates certified instructor by night (and sometimes noon). She has two wonderful dogs named Moo and Murphy, loves to travel and is planning her adventure to Machu Picchu.
