WHICH CLASS IS RIGHT FOR ME?
Try a variety of classes to see which one you like best. Our Pilates Mat and Equipment classes offer students of all levels the opportunity to progress at their own rate.
Many of our students start with a series of private sessions to give them the vocabulary and experience to transition into classes with ease. We offer special discounts for private training for new students.
Our Reformer I classes offer new clients the chance to learn essential mat and reformer exercises for a workout designed to lengthen and define your muscles. This is the perfect step after your prepatory sessions with a private trainer. We will teach you the basic principles and essential exercises needed to prepare you for group classes.
A minimum of 3 private sessions required for participation in any group class. Instructor permission required for participation in this class.
Mat classes are also offered for different levels and require no previous pilates experience. Pilates Mat I is a wonderful introduction to Pilates mat essentials, helping open the body and prepare it for a solid pilates foundation.
Managing your schedule is simple with our online scheduling system! Just click on “Schedule an appointment” at the top of this page.
