WHICH PILATES 1901 CLASS IS RIGHT FOR ME?
We have a huge variety of classes for you to try and see which one you like best.
Our Pilates Mat, Ball, Fusion, Sculpt and Kettlebell workouts require no previous experience. You may start with any 50 Mat or Ball Workout or opt for our 29 minute Pilates Fitness classes- Pilates Sculpt, Fusion or Kettlebell workouts built upon the Pilates principles to give you strength, power, cardio vascular endurance and flexbility training all in 29 short minutes! We call it ONE and DONE!
If you are curious about our Pilates Equipment based workouts using the Pilates Reformer, you will want to start with our Pilates On Ramp Introduction to Reformer classes.
These 8 group workouts will give you the basic principles and experience to move into our equipment based classes: Cardio Tramp, Reformer Essentials and Challenge as well as our Popular Pilates Chair and Tower Workouts.

We also offer a series of Private One on One sessions with one of our STOTT PILATES trained instructors for those of you who desire a more personal introduction to Pilates or have specific athletic, fat loss, or rehab goals.
You may schedule your personal sessions around your schedule -when you want to come- we will be there!
