Cindy Barnes has been in the fitness industry for 25 years. She holds her group fitness certification through the American Council on Exercise and received her 200-RTY (Registered Yoga Teacher) credentials in the Spring of 2016 through Yoga Alliance. Promoting health and fitness is not just a job for Cindy, it is a life style!
Cindy’s many years of teaching group fitness has influenced her yoga teaching style. Her goal is to teach a
class that strengthens, balances, stretches and calms both the mind and the body. Her mantra is “there is no perfect yoga pose” as she recognizes that we are all built differently and must honor our own unique bodies.
