You will receive 4 STOTT PILATES® credits, and you will be qualified to teach essential and intermediate level matwork classes.
Advanced Mat Training (June 2015): Further your knowledge and receive 0.6 STOTT PILATES® credits!
Intensive Reformer Training (March, April, and May 2015): This course will teach you how to combine mat and reformer-based workouts for increased intensity. You will receive 5 STOTT PILATES® credits, and you will be qualified to further train group classes or individual clients.

I just finished out my 10 sessions with the Groupon. As a working mom, I appreciate the opportunity to work out over the lunch hour as well as the classes that are available on Sat/Sun. I was a little nervous the first day of class (since I took a little hiatus after my baby was born) but everyone was so incredibly welcoming and helpful. I recently signed a 6 mos contract and look forward to using it.
